Roll Tide in 2008

Well, the 2008 Alabama football season was full of great memories and I am thankful for every single moment of it! Those of you who know my family understand that we endured and overcame some diverse circumstances and watching a successful Alabama football team in 2008 was such an escape from the difficulties of the moment. The entire team's blue collar mentality and work ethic throughout the season was quite impressive and will be remembered fondly for a long time. We may not have been as flashy as an OU, TX, USC or FL team, yet I wouldn't trade the smashmouth style witnessed this season for any spread offense you'll find on any other squad. Yes, we lost to Florida in the SEC Championship game but keep in mind that this year's 2008 squad will have been the least talented club in Saban's tenure at the Capstone. Great hope remains for the future and we look forward to the Sugar Bowl and a face-off with undefeated Utah. The process continues, stay disciplined, stay focused, stay motivated! Roll Tide and beat Utah!
